5 Session Program
The MTL Birth Co.’s 5 session prenatal program is strategically designed to prepare you mentally, physically, and emotionally for your birth and beyond. I provide you with my unique perspective and the “inside scoop” as a registered labour and delivery nurse.
I can teach you ALL THE THINGS to help make you feel as prepared and confident as possible. I will walk you through the pregnancy-labour-birth-postpartum process and help you navigate all your options.
By the end of the 5 session program, you will feel excited and prepared to have a healthy and happy birth experience!
